Chinese restaurant in Parramatta name the best Chinese soup recipes

Soup is a dish served and loved in many different cultures. From instant soups, packet soups and soups made from the broth of different meats and vegetables, there are many varieties of soup that circulate the globe. As for our Chinese restaurant in Parramatta, we have listed some of our favourite Chinese soups for you to try:

Hot and Sour Soup
Hot and sour soup can contain ingredients such as wood ear, tofu, carrot and pork. The classic dish gets it heat from white pepper, unlike other Szechuan dishes that utilise the spice of red and green bell peppers. Sometimes at the best restaurant in Parramatta we like this soup to be a bit sour, so we add a dash of black vinegar.

Wonton Soup
Wonton means swallowing a cloud, in which the wontons floating around in this popular soup are thought to resemble clouds drifting in the sky.

Egg Drop Soup
This soup contains beaten eggs that are steamed into a seasoned broth.

Cream Corn Soup with Crabmeat
This warming Cantonese soup is prepared by chopping the meat or seafood into small pieces and mixing it with egg whites, liquid and corn-starch. Our chefs at our restaurant venue in Parramatta advise that if you don’t like crab meat, it is best to replace it with ham or chicken.
